A new network site for carbon project developers and other market actors. CarbonOps is aiming to shortly deliver and begin Beta-testing this new site and toolset aiming to bring together all interested parties in the Carbon and Emission markets. This site will primarily help and identify new sales opportunities and synergies for project developers, as well as provide them with better tools to increase their productivity while reducing transaction costs of development projects.

 

Enabling visibility in the project value chain

Prior to project completion, project developers will have direct access to institutional and/or retail credit buyers from within the ClimateLinked site. This community approach will eable all parties in the project value chain to have a transparent view and an open opportunity to engage with their clients, peers, service providers and investors,directly.

Standards approach

ClimateLinked will ultimately be enabled for all major project Standards and Registries, greatly improving and streamlining the verification and methodology work-flow. Project developers will be able to maintain control over all aspects of multiple projects at all stages and their external consultants and investors can easily maintain a consistent view of an individual project's progress.

 

Investors

Investors will have the opportunity to run risk analysis and sponsor a much greater number and wider range of projects, including the fast growing LULUCF voluntary sector and small-scale projects. Credit sales are realised through direct integration to spot markets, auctions and OTC buyers.
